Terms of Service

WYSET, LLC · Effective October 15, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wyset website, web applications and related services (the "Services") provided by WYSET, LLC ("Wyset", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so. We will update these Terms as the Services develop; the effective date above shows when they last changed.

The Services

Wyset provides software that helps professional fiduciaries, families and institutions organize and carry out the transfer of assets and liabilities out of the name of a person who has died or become incapacitated. Wyset is not a law firm, does not give legal, tax or financial advice, and does not act as a fiduciary. You remain responsible for decisions made in administering any estate, trust or conservatorship.

The Services are currently offered as a private early-access release. Features may change, and the Services may be interrupted while they are being developed.

Accounts and security

Text messaging program

Program: Wyset security codes. When you add a mobile number to your Wyset account, or ask for a code during account activation, Wyset sends one-time security codes by text message, such as sign-in verification and account activation codes. Codes are sent only when you request them. No marketing messages are sent. You agree to receive them by pressing the button that sends the first code, beside which this agreement is shown; how you opt in shows each of those screens.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to access information you are not authorized to access; impersonate any person or misrepresent your authority; upload malicious code or interfere with the Services; attempt to bypass security or access controls; or copy, resell or reverse engineer the Services except as the law allows.

Your content

You keep ownership of the information and documents you provide. You grant Wyset a limited license to host, process and transmit them as needed to provide the Services and as you direct, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Fees

Paid plans and fees are described when you sign up or in your order. Fees are charged through our payment processor and, unless stated otherwise, are not refundable.

Third-party services

The Services connect to third parties, such as financial institutions, courts, payment processors and identity verification providers. We are not responsible for their services, availability or actions.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wyset disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Wyset does not guarantee that any institution will accept a document or complete a transfer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wyset will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Wyset's total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid Wyset for the Services in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here and change the effective date, and where the change is material we will give notice through the Services or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
